Brighter Futures conference - Early Intervention is Essential.

Brighter Futures invites you to a morning conference that will set out, clearly and credibly, why early intervention matters to Jersey as a whole and why islanders, alongside employers and community leaders, have a role in understanding and supporting it.

Why this matters. Early intervention is not a soft option or a charitable gesture. It is a proven preventative approach that reduces escalation for families, limits long-term damage, and protects the stability of families, organisations, and communities. Failing to invest early simply shifts the cost further down the line, where it becomes harder, more expensive, and more challenging to address.

This conference will examine why early intervention is essential for families, children and young people, what happens when it is absent, and why informed leadership and sustained commitment are essential if Jersey is to remain a safe, resilient, and healthy place to live and work. It will bring together corporates and members of the wider community to explore how early support for families underpins a stronger Island and why early intervention must be treated as a shared responsibility.
