I joined Brighter Futures in June 2023, following six years working for the Education Department as an EAL Lead Key Worker, supporting children for whom English is an additional language.

I have always been passionate about helping others make positive changes, and I feel very fortunate that my role at Brighter Futures allows me to continue doing just that.

My previous experience spans a variety of sectors, including education, care, hospitality and aviation. I have also worked as an interpreter for a range of organisations and institutions.

I hold a BACP Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Foundation Diploma in Therapeutic Safety in Trauma. Since September 2025, I have also been working as a counsellor, further developing my experience in supporting people with their emotional wellbeing.

I am a native Polish speaker and can also communicate in Spanish and Portuguese.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking and keeping fit, as well as practising meditation and mindfulness.
