Senior Practitioner:

I have been working for Brighter Futures since October 2020, following my previous role as Head of Preschool in a private nursery setting. Since joining Brighter Futures, I have completed my Level 4 qualification in Working with Families and Children, which has strengthened my practice, deepened my understanding of family dynamics, and enhanced my ability to deliver informed, evidence‑based support.

I currently oversee all Growing Together groups and thoroughly enjoy being part of this incredible programme, which focuses on play, parent–child interactions, and early child development. I am passionate about the impact that positive early interactions have on early brain development and how these foundations shape children’s futures.

Alongside group work, I support families on a one‑to‑one basis and feel extremely privileged to be part of each family’s journey at Brighter Futures.
