Coordinator:

Having joined Brighter Futures in January 2025 as a Coordinator, I feel the role reflects my long-standing commitment to supporting families in safe, nurturing environments where they can grow, learn, and build confidence. I am passionate about working alongside parents to help them recognise their strengths and feel empowered, with the ultimate aim of achieving the best outcomes for their children.

Before joining Brighter Futures, I worked within the Health Visiting Service for over twenty years. This experience has given me extensive knowledge and practical skills in child development and family support, which I bring to my work as a Coordinator.

My role includes facilitating Growing Together groups across the island, as well as Baby Massage groups. I am keen to continue developing my skills through further training and value the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with expertise across a wide range of skills and programmes. Being part of a supportive and knowledgeable team that encourages professional growth is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work at Brighter Futures.
