Brighter Futures is seeking a qualified level 3 Crèche lead to join our crèche team on a term time, school hours, and on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our progressive, friendly, and creative team, working with children aged 3 months to 4 years old.

We are looking for a reliable team player who is passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:

• To support creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all families. To maintain a positive and friendly attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
• To be professional and a good role model to the children. To be aware of Brighter Futures’ policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
• Our crèche opening times cover school hours, Monday to Friday. The candidate will be required to work 9-2.15 Monday to Friday.
• At Brighter Futures, we offer training, all bank holidays off, and a competitive salary starting at £18.85 per hour.
